Heather and Erik first met in 2009, when they both worked at Papa Razzi in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Their first encounter was brief as Erik was in a relationship and Heather was transitioning from college and would soon leave Papa Razzi for a full-time position in television production.
Fast forward two years to a night in late October. Erik is no longer in a relationship and Heather is on a break from dating. Their friend Kara had been celebrating her birthday that day and into the evening with friends, one of which was Heather. Erik, still working at Papa Razzi, was running late for the birthday festivities (which may not come as a surprise to those who know him). Erik arrived with a few friends just in time for last call. He made the rounds, wishing the birthday girl a Happy Birthday and then headed for the bar not to be seen or heard from for the remainder of the evening.
Erik made it to the bar, ordered a drink and turned around to be pleasantly surprised by Heather standing behind him. Now for those of you who know Heather you know she is not shy and can carry on a healthy conversation. Long story short that night they reconnected, sharing a cab ride home and their first kiss.
A week later Erik called Heather to ask her if she would like to meet up for lunch. She agreed and they had their first date. The rest is history really as they have clearly hit it off and you are now coming to their wedding. They enjoy doing everything together and have cut down some on their PDA for the sake of all around them. They couldn't be happier and look forward to celebrating their wedding day with great friends and family.
